Steri App is provided as an administrative and workflow-support platform for sterilization, compliance, maintenance, and related office recordkeeping. You are responsible for verifying all records, settings, maintenance actions, and regulatory requirements before relying on the service in your operations.
Trial access is offered for evaluation only and may be limited by time, features, or account status. Paid subscription plans may require valid payment information and are subject to pricing, renewal intervals, and plan terms displayed at the time of registration or purchase.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity performed through your account. You agree to provide accurate registration, billing, and office information and to keep that information current.
Steri App does not provide medical, clinical, infection-control, engineering, maintenance, legal, or regulatory advice. The platform does not replace professional judgment, manufacturer instructions, office protocols, training requirements, or independent verification of sterilization and safety procedures.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Steri App and the company behind it, including its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors, are not responsible for any health issue, bodily injury, illness, treatment outcome, contamination event, equipment failure, office interruption, property damage, regulatory issue, data loss, lost profits, or any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of, misuse of, or inability to use the service.
You acknowledge that the service is a supporting software tool only, and that all patient safety, sterilization verification, instrument processing, environmental controls, equipment maintenance, and compliance decisions remain solely your responsibility.
While Steri App may provide backup and synchronization features, you remain responsible for maintaining your own records and backup procedures. Availability of backups, exports, or restored data is not guaranteed in all circumstances.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
